What is the delivery time for orders?
We aim to despatch orders for stock items within 3 working days of processing after which delivery
to UK Mainland destinations will usually occur within 3 working days, most products are despatched by
Royal Mail Second Class post however some products may be despatched by Royal Mail Parcel Post
and may therefore take longer to arrive. If you require delivery urgently please contact one of
our advisors who will be able to confirm the delivery method for a specific product together
with the additional cost to upgrade to a quicker delivery service if available (For most products
we are able to offer a priority service with next day delivery usually available)
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order either by credit or debit card online, BACS, Cheque or Postal Order.
For payment by cheque or postal order please make
them payable to Cleanseat UK Limited for the
total amount and enclose either our completed order form or a note detailing your name, address,
telephone number, email address and the products you require and send it to Cleanseat UK,
Mayfair House, 14-18 Heddon Street, Mayfair, London, W1B 4DA. For payment by BACS please contact
one of our advisors who will provide you with our bank details for payment.
Can I collect or arrange my own collection?
We are a mail order company and do not have a retail premises, our warehouse does not have the
facilities for collections or third party pick-ups.
