Delivery Orders under the value of £10.00 are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Post and all other orders are dispatched by DPD. DPD deliveries will require a signature upon delivery and will take place weekdays between 08:00 and 18:00 Unless a next day/saturday service is chosen. All orders dispatched by DPD to UK Mainland destinations will be allocated a 1 hour delivery time slot, You will receive an email/text message on the morning of delivery advising of the 1 hour time slot for your delivery, If this is not convienient simply reply to the text/email and choose a more convienient time. Parcels can be tracked through the DPD website www.dpd.co.uk by entering the parcel number provided in your dispatch email.

Items indicated as Direct Dispatch may take slightly longer to arrive. European orders are usually delivered within 3 to 14 working days. Back Ordered Items In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock we will advise of the expected date of availability, we may however substitute the product for a similar product of the same specification and price. Returns and Cancellation Cleanseat UK Limited is committed to offering the highest level of quality and service, If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition and unopened within 7 working days of the date you received the item. To return an item please complete our Returns Request Form to obtain an RMA number and follow the instructions on the reverse of your delivery note. Your refund/replacement will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. You also have a statutory right to cancel your purchase. If you wish to cancel you must inform us in writing, by fax or email (View Contact Details) within 7 working days from the day after the date on which the product is delivered. You must take reasonable care of the product and you should return the product to us (at your own risk and cost) within 7 working days of notifying us of your cancellation. The product must be returned unused (except to the extent use was reasonably necessary to examine the product). Please return the product with its original packaging. The following products are excluded from this legal right to cancel: (i) perishable products such as food or flowers; (ii) audio/video recordings, DVDs or computer software that you have taken out of the sealed packaging in which they were delivered to you; (iii) products made to your own specification; (iv) periodicals or magazines; and (v) any other products that by reason of their nature cannot be returned. Your refund/replacement will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Faulty or Damaged Products We will replace or refund the purchase price together with the delivery charge for any product which is delivered in a damaged or faulty condition upon confirmation of the damage/fault. Payment We accept payment by the following major credit/debit cards: Payments are processed by Cleanseat UK Limited at the time of ordering, We also accept BACS payments together with cheques & postal orders made payable to Cleanseat UK Limited.
